HISTORY – SINCE 1969
It was the year 70 when José and Soledad decided to give life to a bar. He at the bar, she at the helm of the kitchen. She knew how to feed, and she transmitted that passion to her daughter Pepi, who continued the adventures with her usual recipes, of what the earth gives. It served a good table to the hunters of the mountain range, who came to recover after their days of hunting. His name can not make more sense to me, Los Cazadores, the same ones I saw every weekend on the other side of the bar.
A restaurateur by inheritance, restless by personality, the letter that I defend today is an evolution of the dishes of always and the melting winks of the current gastronomy. A good experience at the table and a family atmosphere are what makes me happy.
